Lesson 5 of 6

Add candidates to a job and track them

Put people into a job's pipeline, then move them from stage to stage in a table or on a Kanban board.

Watch: moving a candidate through the pipeline and switching to the Kanban board (about 15 seconds, no sound).

People who apply to your job appear in its pipeline automatically. People you find yourself — from your database, a CSV, the extension or Search Talent — you add to a job in two clicks.

Add candidates to a job

  1. 1
    Select candidates

In Candidates, tick the people you want. A bar appears with actions for everyone you've selected.

  2. 2
Click “Assign Job” and pick the job

Only active jobs are listed. Click Assign and they join that job's pipeline at the Pending stage.

Track everyone in Applicants

  1. 1
    Open Applicants

Jobs are grouped under Open Jobs, Paused Jobs and Closed Jobs. Each job shows its candidates and coloured chips counting each stage.

  2. 2
    Change a candidate's stage

Click their status and choose the new stage — for example from Pending to Interviewed.

Act on many people at once

Tick candidates within a job to Send Test, Send Email, invite them to an AI Interview, Export or Reject them together. Each row's ⋯ menu also lets you Schedule Interview, See Questionnaire Answers, Add Comment and view their test and email history.

Use the Match score

The Match column estimates how well each person fits the job. Click the eye icon next to it for the reasons. Use it to decide who to review first — not as the final word.

Good to know

Rejected candidates stay in your database. The perfect person for a future role might be someone who wasn't right this time.
