    Write the job description

Say what the person will do, what you need from them and what you offer. Already have a JD document? Click Upload JD at the top and Olibr's AI fills in the form for you. Then click NEXT.

  5. 5
    Step 2 — skills

Type each skill and press Enter. Tick a skill to make it a must-have. You can also attach a skills test here if you've connected an assessment platform. Click NEXT.

  6. 6
    Step 3 — questions (optional)

Pick ready-made screening questions or write your own. Dealbreaker questions automatically filter out people who don't qualify — for example “Can you work from our Pune office three days a week?”. Your company details are already filled in.

    Step 3 — questions (optional)
  7. 7
    Click SUBMIT

Your job is live. Tick Post this job on LinkedIn first if you've connected LinkedIn auto-post.

Share your job

Active jobs have a share icon that copies a public link to your job page. Post it on LinkedIn, your website, WhatsApp groups and employee referral messages. Candidates apply from that page and appear in Applicants.

Pausing and closing

Click a job's status badge to change it: Active, Paused, Draft or Closed. Close the job once you've hired so people stop applying. You can also tick several jobs and change them together.

Not ready to publish?

Click SAVE AS DRAFT at any step. Drafts appear in Your Jobs and you can finish them later.

Watch out

Once Olibr has approved a job you can't delete it — close it instead. This keeps candidates' application history intact.

Now try it yourself

Open the screen this lesson covers and follow along. It takes less time than reading.
