Not just a score.
What to change first.

Every point is explained. Open any area to see the rules behind it — a phone number, dates on every role, bullets that show results — and which ones your résumé missed. Fixes are ranked by how many points they add, so you know where ten minutes of editing goes furthest.

You also see what an ATS actually read from your file — your contact details, sections, job titles and dates — so a misread date or a lost section is obvious before a recruiter's software trips over it.

i.Is it really free?+
Every candidate gets one free résumé analysis each week — it resets every Monday. Extra analyses are ₹99 each, GST included. Analyses you buy never expire, and you’re only charged when an analysis completes: if we can’t read your file or something goes wrong, you aren’t charged.
ii.How is the score worked out?+
Your résumé is checked against about 25 specific rules across six areas — keywords (25%), completeness (20%), impact (20%), ATS readability (15%), contact details (10%) and dates & timeline (10%). Each rule is either met or not, so the same résumé always gets the same score, you can see exactly which rules you missed, and every fix shows how many points it adds.
iii.Which files can I check?+
PDF, Word (DOCX and older DOC files, including Naukri exports) up to 5 MB. Scanned or photographed résumés can’t be read by most applicant tracking systems either — we’ll tell you so instead of scoring an empty page, and you won’t be charged.
iv.Will it change my Olibr profile?+
Only if you ask it to. Checking a different file never replaces the résumé on your profile. You can copy the suggested summary or add missing skills to your profile with one click — nothing is changed until you click.
v.Can I check it against a specific job?+
Yes. Pick any open job on Olibr — including ones you’ve applied to or saved — or paste a job description from anywhere. You get a match percentage, the required skills you already show, and the ones that are missing.
vi.Does the AI rewrite my résumé?+
It suggests stronger versions of your weakest bullet points and a professional summary, using only what your résumé already says. Where a number would help, it leaves a placeholder like [X%] for you to fill in — it never invents results for you.
vii.Can employers see my analysis?+
No. Your analyses are private to you. Employers see your profile, not your scores or the files you checked.
