Yes. Job seekers never pay. For companies, the ATS is free: posting jobs, managing candidates and applicants, team members, search, the browser extension, sending email and assessments cost nothing. Instead of paying for access, you keep it by contributing candidate profiles. Only AI features are paid, from a prepaid wallet.

Our AI engine analyzes your job requirements — including skills, experience level, industry, and location preferences — and matches them against our database of pre-vetted candidates. The system continuously learns from your hiring patterns to improve match quality over time.

Contribute 50 candidate profiles for every active user on your account, once every rolling 30 days. A team of 3 active users contributes 150 profiles in each 30-day cycle. You can upload CVs, import a CSV, or approve automatic contribution once and let Olibr pull eligible profiles from your database for you. If a cycle's contribution is not complete, access to jobs, candidates and search pauses until it is.

No. Contributing profiles is what keeps your access free. It does not earn credits, search views, discounts or wallet balance.

Each profile is checked for quality before it counts. A profile you contribute stays private to your company for 30 days, and another 14 days if you are still working with that candidate. After that it joins the shared talent pool that every Olibr client can search.

Yes. Posting and managing jobs is free, with no limit on active job postings, as long as your contribution for the current cycle is complete.

Only AI features. AI Interview costs ₹99 per interview. Branded Resume PDF costs ₹5 per export. Resume Parser is free for the first 50 resumes per company, then ₹5 per resume. LinkedIn AI Content costs ₹499 per month. Contact reveal through ContactOut is charged separately for each email and each phone number found, at the prices shown in the app, and nothing is charged when nothing is found.

Go to Settings, then Wallet, and choose Add funds. The minimum top-up is ₹1,000, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Your balance and every charge appear in the wallet's transaction history.

No. Sending email from Olibr is free. Assessments are free too: they run on your own HackerRank, HackerEarth or CodeSignal account, so Olibr does not charge again for sending them.

Credits have been retired. Existing companies received a 14-day notice before the contribution requirement applied to them. Credit balances were converted into months of free access with no contribution required: companies that had only signup credits received 1 month, and companies that had contributed received months based on their balance and number of active users. Your dashboard shows the date your free access ends.

Our average time-to-hire across all clients is 15 days. Companies using our full suite of tools — AI matching, AI interviews, and skill assessments — often fill positions in under 10 days.

Yes, Olibr offers payroll management services for candidates hired through our platform. We handle compliance, tax deductions, and payments so you can focus on building your team.

The Olibr Chrome Extension lets you capture candidate profiles directly from LinkedIn and Naukri into your Olibr database with a single click. It extracts skills, experience, and contact information automatically, saving hours of manual data entry.

After signing up as a Job Seeker, you can complete your profile by adding your skills, work experience, education, and uploading your resume. The more complete your profile, the better our AI can match you with relevant opportunities.

No, Olibr is completely free for candidates. You will never be charged for creating a profile, applying to jobs, taking skill assessments, or participating in AI interviews.

AI interviews are automated video interviews powered by advanced AI. You will be asked technical and behavioral questions relevant to your skills. The AI evaluates your responses for technical accuracy, communication skills, and problem-solving ability, then generates a detailed assessment report for potential employers.

Olibr lists a wide variety of tech roles including full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, and remote positions. Opportunities span across software engineering, data science, DevOps, product management, UI/UX design, and more.

Complete your profile to 100%, add relevant certifications, take our skill assessments to earn verified badges, keep your availability status updated, and regularly refresh your profile. Candidates with completed profiles and skill badges receive up to 3x more views.

Wallet top-ups can be paid with major credit and debit cards, net banking and UPI through our payment provider, Razorpay, at checkout. Prices are in Indian rupees, and 18% GST is added to every top-up.
