Search Talent is Olibr's shared pool of candidates, contributed by recruiters across the platform. It's the quickest way to build a shortlist when a role is urgent.

When it opens

Search Talent opens once your company has made its first contribution. Until then you'll see a message explaining what's needed — your own candidates and jobs stay fully available meanwhile. See How Olibr stays free.

  1. 1
    Type what you're looking for

A role, skill or name, then press Enter. Add as many as you like. Click the ★ on a keyword to make it a must-have.

Revealing contact details

Contact details are hidden until you choose to reveal them. Click a candidate to open their full profile, then Reveal contact. Every company gets a free allowance of reveals each 30-day cycle — a starter amount plus two more for every profile you contribute, up to a cap. Your wallet page shows how many you have left. After that a reveal costs ₹10, and you're always asked before you pay. Once revealed, the contact is visible to your whole team.

Power features

  • Boolean Search — switch it on to write queries like (sales OR telesales) AND Hindi NOT intern*.
  • Save Search — name a search you run often; it appears as a chip for one-click reuse.
  • Hide Viewed Profiles — skip people you've already looked at.
  • Sort by latest added, relevance, experience, CTC or notice period.
  • Select several candidates and click Send Email to contact them together (needs Gmail or Outlook connected).
The Boolean Search switch sits above the search box.

Tip

Start broad (one or two keywords and a city), then add filters. Too many keywords at once often returns nobody.
