1. Free Platform — No Refunds Applicable
Olibr operates as a free hiring platform. The following features are provided at no cost to all registered users:
- Full ATS (Applicant Tracking System) — job posting, applicant pipeline management
- Candidate database search (180K+ verified profiles)
- AI-powered candidate matching
- Team collaboration and user management
- Bulk resume upload and AI parsing
- Chrome extension for LinkedIn candidate capture
Since these services are provided free of charge, no refund is applicable. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or recurring payments for the core platform.
2. Credit System
2.1 Earned Credits (Non-Refundable)
Credits are primarily earned by contributing candidate profiles to the shared talent pool. For every profile contributed, you earn credits that can be used for premium features such as AI Interviews, Assessment Tests, and profile views.
Since earned credits involve no monetary transaction, they are non-refundable and have no cash value. Credits cannot be transferred to another account or converted to money.
2.2 Purchased Credits (Pay-Only Mode)
Users who opt for the Pay-Only mode can purchase credits directly instead of contributing profiles. For purchased credits:
- 2-week trial: First-time credit purchases come with a 14-day satisfaction period. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first purchase and have not consumed the credits, you may request a full refund.
- After the trial period: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Used credits: Credits that have been consumed for any service (profile views, AI interviews, etc.) are non-refundable regardless of when the purchase was made.
- Partial usage: If any credits from a purchased bundle have been used, the entire bundle is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund.
3. The 2-Week Free Trial
Olibr offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you have full access to the platform's features at no cost, allowing you to evaluate the platform thoroughly before making any purchase decision.
- The trial provides complete access to all features — ATS, candidate search, AI matching, and more.
- No credit card is required to start the trial.
- You are not obligated to make any purchase during or after the trial.
- If you choose to purchase credits during the trial, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Why no refunds? The 2-week trial gives you ample opportunity to evaluate the platform for free. Any purchase made — during or after the trial — is a voluntary decision made with full knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
4. Service-Specific Policies
4.1 AI Interviews
If an AI interview experiences a technical failure on Olibr's end (system crash, AI assessment error, audio/video failure), the credits used will be automatically restored to your account. Issues caused by the candidate's device, internet connection, or browser are not eligible for credit restoration.
4.2 Profile Views & Job Postings
Credits consumed for candidate profile views and job postings are non-refundable, as these services are delivered instantly. If a technical error prevents delivery, credits will be restored automatically.
5. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your Olibr account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your account and data will be deactivated.
- Any remaining credits (earned or purchased) will be forfeited.
- There are no cancellation fees since the platform is free.
- Candidate profiles you contributed to the shared pool will remain on the platform as per the Terms of Service.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made on the Olibr platform are final and non-refundable. This includes credit purchases, subscription payments, and any other transactions — regardless of whether they are made during or after the trial period.
Olibr provides a 2-week free trial so that users can fully evaluate the platform before making any purchase. During the trial, you have complete access to all features at no cost. This eliminates the need for post-purchase refunds, as you can make an informed decision before spending.
If you choose to purchase credits or subscribe to a paid plan during or after the trial period, you acknowledge that:
- The purchase is final and non-refundable.
- You have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the platform during the free trial.
- No partial, prorated, or full refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Credits purchased are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
In the event of a verified technical error on Olibr's end (e.g., system failure causing duplicate charges, credits not being delivered after payment), we will resolve the issue by restoring the affected credits to your account — not by issuing a monetary refund.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider:
- Email us at billing@olibr.com with the subject line "Billing Dispute".
- Include: Your registered email, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Response: Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
Important: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Olibr may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
