Got a folder of CVs from email or a job portal? Upload them together. Olibr's AI reads each CV and fills in the name, email, phone, skills, experience, education and current company for you.
- 1Go to Candidates and click “Bulk Upload”
The Upload Resumes window opens.

Drag and drop, or browse. PDF and DOCX files, up to 7.5 MB each and 100 files at a time.
- 3Click “Upload & Parse”
Olibr reads every CV. You'll see which were parsed successfully and which failed (with the reason — for example a duplicate, or an unreadable scan).
Your company's first 50 CV parses are free. After that, each CV costs ₹5 from your wallet. Your wallet page shows how many free parses you have left.
Adding one candidate by hand
Click New Candidate to fill in a single profile. Attach their CV and the form fills itself in. Required fields are first name, last name, email and contact number.
Scanned or photographed CVs are hard for any software to read. Where you can, upload the original PDF or Word file.
