Lesson 8 of 8

Write LinkedIn posts with AI

Connect your profile and company pages. Olibr suggests what to post, writes it in your voice, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

5 minbeginner

The best candidates often find you through your posts, not your job ads. LinkedIn Posts helps you post every week without the blank page: it suggests ideas from your real work, writes drafts that sound like you, and waits for your approval.

  1. 1
    Connect your accounts

Open LinkedIn Posts. Connect your own profile, and click + Add company page for each page you manage. Each one posts as itself.

  2. 2
    Teach the AI once

For a company page, click Build content profile — Olibr reads the website, the roles you hire for and the page's recent posts. For your own profile, write a few lines About you and paste a post or two you've written so it learns your voice. You can edit everything with Edit profile.

  3. 3
    Pick an idea

Post ideas for you come from what's actually happening: a new role, a role that needs a push, people you just hired, a follow-up to your best post, or demand for your key role. Click Write it. Ideas you've already written show Open draft instead.

  4. 4
    Approve and post

The draft waits in Pending Approval. Make it Shorter, More personal or Add a question in one click, upload your own image, then Approve & publish or schedule it.
