Send skills tests
Connect HackerRank, HackerEarth, CodeSignal, TestGorilla or Codility once, then send tests from any job.
A skills test shows you what a candidate can actually do. Olibr doesn't write tests itself — it connects to the testing platform you already use and sends tests from inside your hiring workflow. Olibr doesn't charge for this; you pay the test platform under your own plan.
- 1Connect your platform
Go to Settings → General Settings → Assessment Platforms, click Connect on your provider and paste your API credentials (your platform's settings page tells you where to find them).
- 2Attach a test to a job (optional)
In step 2 of the job form, switch on Add Assessment and choose your tests. You can make clearing the test a condition for applying, or optional.
- 3Or send a test to specific people
In Applicants, tick candidates and click Send Test. Invites come from Olibr, so candidates see your company, not the test provider.
- 4See the results
Each applicant's Tests column shows sent and completed tests; the row menu's View Test & Email History has the details.
Keep tests short — 30–45 minutes. Long tests make good candidates drop out.
