Volume or Precision hiring? Setting up an AI interview
Volume Hiring asks everyone the same questions. Precision Hiring tailors questions to each CV. Here's how to set up either.

Setting one up

Choose what to assess and how long the interview should be.

Review the suggested questions and edit anything that doesn't fit. Add candidates by email or from a spreadsheet (Volume), or upload their resumes (Precision).
- 5Step 5 — send invites
Each candidate gets an email with their link. Track progress on the AI Interviews page: invited, in progress and completed.
After you send
- Open the row menu and choose View Interview Summary to see scores and reports.
- Edit & Extend Interview changes the title, the interview length (15–120 minutes) or the deadline.
- Each invite costs ₹99 from your wallet.
