Turn a search into a job
Already searched Search Talent or your candidates for the person you need? One click turns that search into a ready job post.
When you search Search Talent (or your own Candidates), the filters you set already describe the job: title, must-have skills, experience, city, notice period and budget.
- 1Search as you normally would
Set your filters and run the search.
- 2Click “Turn this search into a job”
Look for the blue bar above your results: “We'll write a job post from this search — posting is free”.
- 3Review the post
The job form opens and AI writes the post from your search straight away. Check it, add anything only you know, and publish.
That's exactly when posting helps most. Search only shows people already on Olibr; a job post brings in new applicants as well.
