Lesson 2 of 9
See demand before you post
As you type a job title, Olibr shows how many people applied to similar jobs last month and how many Search Talent candidates match.
2 minbeginner
Just under the Job Title field, a small box now tells you what to expect before you publish:

- How many people applied to jobs with that title on Olibr in the last 30 days.
- How many candidates in Search Talent match the role — narrowed to your city when you've added a location.
If very few people have that exact title, Olibr says so. That's your cue to use a clearer, more common title and to add salary and location — posts with those reach more of the right people.
Titles that work
“Backend Developer (Node.js)” finds far more people than “Ninja Engineer II”. Put the level and the main skill in the title; keep the creativity for the description.
Now try it yourself
