If your job has fewer than 5 applicants 72 hours after it goes live, we hand-pick 5 matching candidates from Search Talent for you.

Posting is free, and now it comes with a promise. Three days (72 hours) after your job goes live, Olibr checks how it's doing and emails the person who posted it:

| 5 or more applicants | An email with the number, and a button straight to those applicants. |
| Fewer than 5 applicants | 5 hand-picked candidates from Search Talent who match the job — name, title, experience and city. |
| No close match in Search Talent yet | Your applicant count so far and practical ways to reach more people. |
The hand-picked candidates open in that job's Matching candidates panel (on Your Jobs, open the job's ⋯ menu). Contact details are never put in the email — you see and contact people inside Olibr.
Good to know
The promise covers jobs you post on Olibr from 4 October 2026 onwards. You can open Matching candidates on any job at any time — you don't have to wait for the email.
