Your first applicant

When someone applies to your job for the first time, you get an email titled Your first applicant for <job>, with how well they match. Later applicants arrive as New applicant emails in the same style. The button takes you to that job's applicants.

The weekly hiring pulse

Every Monday at 9 AM (IST), company admins who've used Olibr in the last 90 days get one summary email for their company:

  • For each live job: new applicants this week, how many are waiting for your review, the total, and how many Search Talent candidates match.
  • A nudge to share any job that got no applicants.
  • No live jobs yet? It shows how many people applied to roles like yours on Olibr that week — and any job posts we've already drafted for you.
No password needed

Buttons in these emails sign you straight in to the right page. For your security each link works for 48 hours and only a few times — after that, sign in as usual.

Good to know

Don't want the Monday email? Click Stop these weekly emails at the bottom of it. Applicant emails are separate and keep coming.
