The AI panel is open at the top of Job Basic Information.

Choose one: Paste text or notes (even one line like “2 Java developers, 3–5 yrs, Pune, hybrid, up to 18 LPA”), Upload a file (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB) or Paste a job link — for example a role on your careers page.
- 3Click “Write my job post”
In a few seconds the title, salary, experience, location, skills and description are filled in below and the job is saved as a draft.
- 4Read it, fix anything, publish
Olibr tells you which required fields are still empty. If your notes were short, it writes standard responsibilities for the role — read them through and edit what doesn't fit, then continue as usual.
