What every item in the sidebar does, so you always know where to click.

When you log in you land on the Dashboard. The sidebar on the left takes you everywhere else. Here's what each item is for.

The top half of the sidebar: daily work

Dashboard
Your home page: setup checklist, active jobs, recent applicants, AI interview summary.
Candidates
Your private database of everyone you've ever added. Upload CVs, import CSVs, add people by hand, search and filter.
Accounts
Only for recruitment agencies: the client companies you hire for.
Your Jobs
Every job you've posted, with its status (Active, Draft, Paused, Closed).
Applicants
Each job's pipeline — who's applied or been added, and what stage they're at.
AI Interviews
Automated screening interviews. Volume Hiring for many candidates at once, Precision Hiring for tailored questions per candidate.
Calendar
Schedule interviews and link your Google or Outlook calendar.
Inbox
Your connected Gmail or Outlook inside Olibr, so candidate emails sit next to candidate profiles.
Tasks
Follow-ups you've created on candidate profiles, in one list.
Search Talent
Search Olibr's shared talent pool.
LinkedIn Posts
Write or generate LinkedIn posts for your company and schedule them.

Along the top

  • ₹ balance — your wallet. Click it to add funds.
  • Learn — opens the lessons for the page you're on. Look for it whenever you're unsure.
  • Report a problem — tell us when something isn't working; it sends us the details we need.
  • Bell — notifications such as new applicants.
Tip

Don't see a menu item? Your company admin controls what each team member can access. Ask them to check your role in Settings → Team Management.
