Lesson 2 of 3

Post jobs on behalf of a client

Link a job to a client — and hide the client's name from candidates when the search is confidential.

3 minbeginner

Agencies post jobs exactly like direct employers (see Post your first job), with one extra box in step 1: Client Account.

  1. 1
    Choose the client

In Hiring for which client?, pick the account this role is for. It's optional, but it keeps your reporting tidy.

  2. 2
    Keep it confidential if needed

Tick Hide client name on job posting. Candidates then see “Confidential” instead of the client's name.

  3. 3
    Many roles for one client?

Use Upload Jobs with a spreadsheet and choose Post on behalf of a client to create them all at once.

Tip

Confidential roles get fewer applicants. Make up for it with a specific description: industry, team size, location and what makes the role interesting.
