One account per client company: their jobs, contacts, emails and branding in one place.

Good to know

Accounts appears in the sidebar only for companies that chose Consulting / agency at sign-up. Direct employers don't need it.

An account is a client company you recruit for. Keeping one per client means you always know which jobs, contacts and conversations belong to whom.

  1. 1
    Create an account

Open Accounts and click Add Account. Fill in the account name (required), type, industry, website and notes.

  2. 2
    Add contacts

Open the account, go to Contacts and click Add Contact for each person you deal with. Mark one as the primary contact.

  3. 3
    Link jobs to the client

When you post a job, use Hiring for which client? in step 1 to pick the account. The account's Jobs tab then lists all its roles.

  4. 4
Keep an eye on the relationship

The Statistics tab shows active and total jobs; Emails shows your conversations with the client.
