Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator|Hyderabad(Hybrid)|6+Yrs

• Building, configuring, upgrading, administrating PeopleSoft Servers in Linux environment.
• Strong experienced with PeopleSoft People Tools 8.60+, Application Designer, Data Mover, and Upgrade with Change Assistant and patch updates with PUM.
• Strong technical skills to troubleshoot WebLogic (PIA), Tuxedo middleware, SSL certificate management.
• Skilled in installation/setup and management of highly available application clustered environment.
• Strong Linux shell scripting and SQL scripting automation desired.
• Strong Oracle DBA skills supporting PeopleSoft with Oracle 19c desired. 
• Experience with Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and HCM 9.2
• Experience with performance tuning
• Experience with software implementations.
• Experience creating process flow and logic diagrams.
• Expertise with Oracle database
• Excellent customer service skills

 Critical Technical skills Requirements:

• Peoplesoft Administration, Oracle Database, Service now, Phire, KeyPass

Key skills :

• Elastic search, Kibana, Logstash, Open search, PeopleSoft Health center, Real Time Indexing.

Tools Knowledge requirement:

• Linux, Putty, WinSCP, RDP,Oracle Data base, Service now

• Creation of User Profiles, Roles, and Permission lists.
• Refresh of environments, Integration Broker & Security of PeopleSoft application.
• Experience in Upgrading the People Tools and Application Update.
• Involve in code migrations (Project/data/SQR/Cobol etc).
• Co-ordination in OS patching, configuration & troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting various Application engine process failures, SQR failures in scheduler, error in people code and providing permanent resolution for the same.
• Applying Application Updates, Fixes and Tools Patches. Upgrading People Tools through Change Assistant.
• Maintenance of PeopleSoft Middleware (web servers, database servers, application servers, process scheduler, report servers, and file servers
• Provide on-going PeopleSoft applications administration and databases services support.
• Build, configure, secure and enhance PeopleSoft PIA and Middleware server environments.
• Configure, upgrade, and support relational database management systems (Oracle RDBMS).
• Design, develop, and maintain highly-available PeopleSoft application environments (load balancing and clustering methods.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM and People Tools in a distributed multiplatform arrangement (Linux, Windows and Oracle).
• Experience with Day to Day PeopleSoft Admin activities i.e., PS environment Health Checks, support users for any environment related issues etc.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator.
• Strong expertise in administering PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleTools,
• Ability to work independently without supervision,
• PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Process Scheduler.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases and SQL scripting.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and management tools.
