About the Role

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, container orchestration, CI/CD, and AI-powered engineering practices. You'll lead cloud strategy, drive automation frameworks, support AI/ML infrastructure, and mentor the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS & Hetzner Cloud)

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines; lead IaC initiatives (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)

Manage Docker/Kubernetes production environments

Administer Linux servers, Nginx/Apache, DNS, SSL, and domain services

Set up monitoring, logging, backups, disaster recovery and security practices

Drive cloud cost optimization

Support AI/ML workload deployment and use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor AI) to automate workflows

Lead production releases and incident root-cause analysis

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams

Must-Have Skills

AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS), Hetzner Cloud, Docker & Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins, Linux Administration, Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, Nginx/Apache, Bash/Python scripting, Cloud Security & DR

Qualification: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field

Soft Skills: Leadership, ownership mindset, strong communication, proactive problem-solving
