Job Description

  • This is a remote contract role for an Oracle EBS HRMS consultant.
  • The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Oracle EBS HRMS, including configuring and customizing the HRMS module, managing employee data, designing and running HR reports, and providing technical support for HRMS issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS configuration and customization
  • Thorough understanding of HRMS processes and functionality
  • Experience in managing employee data and designing HR reports
  • Ability to provide technical support for HRMS issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
