Writer

Role Description The Writer role at Tensei Tech Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for web pages, product descriptions, documentation, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials that support our SaaS products in healthcare, workforce, and enterprise domains. Daily responsibilities include researching topics, collaborating with product and marketing teams to understand features and user needs, drafting and revising content, and ensuring consistency with brand voice and style guidelines. The role also involves organizing complex technical information into user-friendly language, updating existing content as products evolve, and supporting internal communication materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills, with the ability to explain technical and business concepts in clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
• Experience in web or digital content creation (e.g., blogs, articles, product copy, documentation, or marketing collateral).
• Ability to conduct structured research and synthesize information from subject matter experts, product documentation, and market sources.
• Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and formatting, with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing, and engineering) and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Proficiency with common content tools (e.g., word processors, collaborative platforms, basic CMS or documentation tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience writing for technology, SaaS, or healthcare domains is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Nagpur Area and manage multiple assignments with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
