Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Experience in Workday HCM, responsible for planning; budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Must have Workday Technical or Techno-Functional experience.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, .NET, etc).
- Expertise in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, Business Process Framework)
- Needs knowledge in Reports, Calculated Fields, Performance tuning and Security.
- Should have worked in Workday Studio and it will be better if resource is certified.
- General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday security
- Hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday HCM suite, should be able to specialize and extending their skill set within one or more functional areas.
Job Responsibilities
What you seek in you:
- At least 3 years of workday experience in HR module.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday Development.
- Experience with integrations, migrations and implementations.
