Senior MERN Stack Trainer (Contract)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated MERN Stack Trainer for an intensive 3-month contract based in Punjab. In this role, you will lead hands-on training programs, mentor aspiring software engineers, and build full-stack web development competencies from core fundamentals to production-level applications.

To ensure a seamless stay during the contract duration, complete travel arrangements, accommodation, and food/meals are fully covered by the organization alongside a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct practical, live training modules across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on Mentorship: Guide candidates through real-world projects, REST API development, state management (Redux/Context API), and cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel, Render).
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Perform regular code reviews, teach clean code architecture, version control workflows (Git/GitHub), and debugging techniques.
• Evaluation & Readiness: Conduct weekly assessments, coding tests, and mock technical interviews to prepare trainees for developer roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification (Mandatory): M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. (Applications without an M.Tech degree will not be considered.)
• Technical Proficiency:
• Frontend: React.js, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Backend & Database: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, Mongoose, NoSQL data modeling.
• Tools & DevOps: Git, GitHub, Postman, NPM/Yarn, basic CI/CD, and hosting platforms.
• Experience: 5-7 Years
• Communication: Strong English and Hindi/Punjabi communication skills with a structured teaching methodology.
