Warehouse Helper

Role Description The Warehouse Helper role is a full-time hybrid position based in Udaipur, with some tasks that may be performed from home, such as basic documentation or coordination. On-site, the Warehouse Helper will assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, organizing goods in the warehouse, packing orders, and preparing items for shipping. The role involves operating basic material handling equipment as authorized, keeping work areas clean and safe, and supporting inventory counts and stock checks. The Warehouse Helper will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking, labeling, and documenting incoming and outgoing goods.
• Hands-on experience with Packing and Unloading activities to safely handle and prepare products for storage and shipment.
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, following safety and certification requirements.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stack goods, and to stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail, basic math and record-keeping skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-based setting while meeting daily operational targets.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• High school education or equivalent is beneficial; familiarity with basic computer or mobile applications for inventory is a plus.
