Job Description & Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of cosmetic products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Monitor inward and outward stock, GRN entries, stock transfers, and dispatch documentation.
Ensure timely order fulfillment for distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and other sales channels.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, where applicable, and monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and product traceability.
Ensure proper storage, product handling, housekeeping, and safety standards.
Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and operational losses.
Manage warehouse manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor team productivity.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, stock ageing, damages, and warehouse performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory and safety requirements.
