Position Details

Role: Consultant Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various open positions.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate reference checks and background verification processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring metrics/reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

Eligibility

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or HR hiring functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms is preferred.
