• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles within specified timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment cycle.
