• Agency Health Sales•Recruit, develop, and manage a network of insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth.•Support agents in lead generation, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales targets through regular coaching and relationship management.
• Bancassurance (Banca) Sales•Work closely with bank branch teams to identify customer needs and generate insurance business.•Build strong relationships with banking partners, conduct product sessions, and drive sales through the bank channel.

•Candidates must have successfully completed their degree and possess a valid Passing Certificate/Degree Certificate
