Role: Customer Success

Location: Pune — Work from Office, Monday To Friday

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2.5 years of experience

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (depending on interview performance and experience)

Walk-In Timing: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday-10/10/2026)

What You'll Do

• Own relationships with assigned clients
• Manage onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention
• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic advisor
• Develop and improve customer success strategies and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Track and maintain customer success metrics and data
