Visual Editor

Market Culture is looking for a creative and skilled Visual Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing and a strong understanding of social media content, reels, promotional videos, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and client content.
• Create engaging edits with proper pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, and effects.
• Work with raw footage provided by the production/social media team.
• Understand creative briefs and convert them into high-quality video content.
• Maintain consistency with client/brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the social media and creative teams for revisions and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Organize and maintain project files and editing assets.
• Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and basic color grading is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
