About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled and versatile Videographer & Video Editor to capture high-quality, visual content for our social media agency.

In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to client locations (only Mumbai) for onsite shoots, filming trend-aligned videos tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and editing them into polished, high-converting final assets.

You will work closely with our Content Writers and Design team to ensure smooth execution, meet daily delivery targets, and maintain strong brand aesthetics across all client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite Production & Videography
• Travel to client locations (restaurants, corporate offices, retail spaces, clinics, etc.) to conduct professional video shoots.
• Direct subjects, set up lighting, capture clean audio, and shoot aesthetic, framing-accurate content designed specifically for 9:16 vertical social formats.
• Stay updated with social media visual trends, creative camera angles, and transitions.
• Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, Shorts, and promo videos with seamless transitions, sound design, color grading, and dynamic text overlays.

Add trendy music, sound effects, subtitles, and motion graphic elements to maximize watch time and retention.

• Team Collaboration & Daily Operations

Coordinate closely with Content Writers and Graphic Designers in the team to ensure overall brand aesthetics and visual guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in video shooting and post-production, preferably within an agency environment.
• Technical Equipment: Proficiency in operating smartphone cameras, gimbals, wireless lapel mics, and portable lighting setups.

3.Editing Software: Hands-on mastery of Premiere Pro, After effects, or CapCut (Desktop/Mobile).
