Videographer & Video Editor Department: Marketing / Content Reports to: Marketing Head Location: Mumbai (Office + on-location shoots) Type: Full-time, Permanent Role OverviewOff Duty is a fast-growing D2C denim and fashion brand, and short-form video is how we reach our audience on Instagram, ads and our website. We’re looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can shoot and edit reels end to end, quickly and smartly, without needing a big crew. You’ll turn our products, stores and team into trend-led content that’s ready to post the same day. Key ResponsibilitiesShoot reels, product videos, styling videos and behind-the-scenes content on camera and phone Edit reels and short videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads and the website Plan shots and angles with the stylist and content team so every shoot is quick and edit-ready Shoot and edit trending reel formats fast, often the same day, to catch trends on time Cut ad videos with multiple hooks and versions for performance campaigns Add text, transitions, music, colour correction and basic motion graphics Shoot at stores, the office, the factory and outdoor locations as needed Manage the camera gear and keep raw footage and edited files organised Track what’s working on Instagram and use those insights to improve hooks, pacing and formats Requirements Must-have 2+ years of experience shooting and editing short-form video content A portfolio of reels or social videos you have both shot and edited yourself Hands-on with a camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and smartphone shooting, including framing, lighting and stabilisation Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools Good understanding of Instagram reels trends, hooks, audio and pacing Able to work fast and handle multiple shoots and edits every week Nice-to-have Experience with a fashion, apparel or D2C brand After Effects or motion graphics skills Experience shooting product and model content for e-commerce Basic photography skills Own camera gear What We OfferFull creative ownership of video for a growing fashion brand, from shoot to edit Your content goes live fast, across Instagram, ads, the website and stores A young, fast-moving team where new formats and ideas are encouraged
