Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

Kaizzen is looking for a high-speed, creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer skilled at producing digital-led videos for marketing, education, and product communications. The candidate should have 4–5 years of industry experience and a strong understanding of the finance/crypto/trading ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit promotional, educational, social media, and campaign videos.
• Create short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and mid-form explainer videos.
• Integrate brand elements, captions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Maintain high creative standards while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Adapt quickly to evolving campaign needs and formats.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in video editing for brands/agencies (finance/crypto is a strong plus).
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro; After Effects is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of pacing, narrative flow, typography for video, and digital-first aesthetics.
• Experience creating assets for Instagram, X, YouTube, and performance marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating crisp edits, strong motion graphics sense, and platform-native style.
