We are looking for a skilled, creative, and experienced Video Editor & Visual Storyteller who understands podcast storytelling and can transform raw conversations into engaging, high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form podcasts with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Identify impactful moments and create compelling Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks and engaging short-form content with viral potential.
• Enhance videos using relevant B-roll, motion graphics, transitions, captions, colour grading, and sound design.
• Manage the complete post-production workflow, from raw footage to publication-ready content.
• Understand audience retention, platform-specific editing styles, and current content trends.
• Maintain consistent video quality and meet publishing deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong storytelling ability and creative visualisation skills.
• Proven experience in podcast editing and short-form video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good understanding of audio editing, colour correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire editing process.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and digital content consumption.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who doesn’t just know how to edit a video but understands why a particular edit makes a story more powerful.

You should be capable of turning a complete podcast into a compelling long-form episode and multiple high-impact short videos without requiring constant creative direction.
