Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist with strong expertise in US Talent Acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, talent identification, and candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience recruiting for the US market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the US market, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and selection.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify and attract qualified talent based on hiring requirements and business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability.
• Communicate with candidates to understand their interest, availability, experience, and job preferences.
• Match qualified candidates to open positions and coordinate interview schedules and follow‑ups.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and requisition data.
• Prepare recruitment reports and support recruitment analytics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment delivery.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• 7–11 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in US Talent Acquisition and end‑to‑end US recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
