Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Source and screen candidates for US staffing requirements
• Work on US hiring, recruitment & candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and drive timely closures
• Manage candidate engagement and stakeholder communication
• Handle multiple US recruitment requirements independently

Must Have

• 5-15 years of US Recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of US staffing / recruitment processes
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening expertise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru

Documents Required

• Experience / Relieving Letters
• Last 3 months Salary Slips
• Offer Letters Current & Previous Employers
• Form 16 / PF Statement / 26AS / Live Bank Validation Any One
• Updated PAN Card with latest photo
• Highest Degree / Provisional Certificate (Marksheets not accepted)
