US Recruiter – Telecom Domain (Onsite)

Job Summary

Glow Networks is looking for a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter with experience in the Telecom domain to join our team at IT Park, Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for telecom and technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based telecom and technical positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for positions such as Network Technicians, Optical Field Technicians, Optical Transport Engineers, Data Center Technicians, and other telecom-related roles.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and support candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.

Required Skills

• Prior experience in US recruitment is required; experience in Telecom recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes.
• Experience hiring for telecom, networking, optical fiber, data center, or related technical positions is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in alignment with US Central Time business hours.
