We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.

Strong knowledge of US work visas and Boolean search.

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, follow-ups, background checks and candidate delivery.

Stay updated with generic & niche IT skills.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Team-handling experience is a plus.

Requirements

36 years of hands-on US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience.

Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.

Local Kolkata candidates is highly preferred.
