US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales Recruiting within the US IT staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market, vendor networks, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience marketing consultants with different work authorizations, including H-1B, H-1B transfers, Green Card, and US Citizens.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing for consultant marketing.
• Ability to identify suitable requirements and generate interview opportunities quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of US time zones and flexibility to work during US business hours.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
