This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Manage property accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for real estate projects.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support during external audits and respond to inquiries from auditors.
