Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Handle payroll, HR software and employee records.
• Manage HR compliance, legal matters and liaisoning.
• Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation.
• Manage PMS, employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Handle ESIC, settlements and full & final processes.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation and exit interviews.
• Implement HR policies and processes.
• Support overall employee and people management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll and compliance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR functions.
