Urgent Hiring || HR Manager || Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with national and state labor laws, factory acts, standing orders, ESI, PF, and wage regulations. Handle trade union negotiations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes.
• Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Partner with plant heads to forecast staffing needs for permanent and contract workers, driving end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Supervise plant payroll processing, attendance tracking, shift allowances, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Performance & Training: Implement performance appraisal systems, skill-matrix assessments, and mandatory safety/technical training programs on the factory floor.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive shop-floor environment through continuous feedback, rewards, and recognition
• Contract Labor & Vendor Management: Oversee third-party manpower contractors, verify statutory payments, and manage plant vendor governance.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
