8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Operations Engineering.

Strong understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, resilience, operational excellence, and service availability.

Hands-on experience in Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs), operational readiness, and release governance.

Strong expertise in Dynatrace, including monitoring, observability, dashboards, alert configuration, and incident analysis.

Experience defining and implementing SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets, and reliability best practices.

Proven experience in observability strategy, monitoring frameworks, logging, tracing, and metrics governance.

Experience in alert tuning, noise reduction, and improving signal-to-noise ratio.

Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement practices.

Experience driving reliability reviews, resilience assessments, and operational risk reduction.

Ability to influence and coach engineering teams on reliability, observability, and production readiness without direct delivery ownership.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across engineering teams, architects, operations teams, and central SRE functions.

Experience identifying and driving automation opportunities to reduce operational toil.

Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes and operational governance .
