BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for a real estate company

Location: Bhayali / Gotri and sevasi Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Perks: Performance based Incentives and fuel charges

Gender: Male candidates only

Preference: Local candidates only

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

. Should visit clients for sale purpose

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit potential clients and explain the project/site details professionally.
• Coordinate with clients and accompany them on site visits.
• Provide detailed information about the site, location, features, and available offerings.
• Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and business development.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

. 5+years of experience in real estate business development manager

. MBA or post graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Good client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Must be comfortable with client meetings and regular site visits.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, or client servicing will be preferred.
