• BPO / Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in night or rotational shifts.

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer records and case details accurately.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and SLA guidelines.
