Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven UK Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in international business development, lead generation, client communication, or recruitment, preferably working with UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with potential UK clients to develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and schedule business meetings.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, International Sales, or Recruitment.
• Exposure to UK clients or international markets is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and client follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Good negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Work Schedule

• UK Shift: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Work from Office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Salary and Benefits

• ₹28,000–₹50,000 per month (take-home), depending on experience and skills.
