UI/UX Senior Designer

DentalKart is scaling fast and the product has outgrown its design. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will

design the screens and flows dentists use every day on our app and website, owning key features end to

end from problem to shipped UI. You will work closely with product and engineering, use AI to explore

faster, and hold a premium visual standard.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

■ Own end-to-end design for assigned features across app and web, from problem definition to

handoff and design QA.

■ Redesign core journeys (search, product page, cart, checkout, onboarding) to lift conversion and

reduce friction.

■ Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI with a modern, premium look. t

■ Contribute to the design system and keep app and web consistent, including empty, loading, error

and offline states.

■ Use AI design tools daily to explore options faster, and design customer-facing AI features such as

smart search and recommendations.

■ Ground decisions in usability testing, analytics and user feedback.

■ Partner with product, engineering and marketing, and mentor junior designers where needed.

### Requirements

• *REQUIRED SKILLS**

■ **Visual and UIdesign:** typography, color, grid, spacing, iconography and motion,

with a premium, modern eye.

■ **UX andinteraction design:** user flows, wireframing, prototyping and state

design for complex products.

■ **Mobile andresponsive web:** iOS and Android guidelines (Material, HIG) and

responsive breakpoints.

■ **Tools:** expert

Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping) and practical fluency

with AI design tools.

■ **Design systemsand accessibility:** tokens, component libraries and WCAG basics.

■ **Handoff:** basic

HTML/CSS and React / React Native understanding for clean engineer handoff.

■ **Practice:** clear

communication, stakeholder management, Agile working, and a sense of funnels

and conversion.

• *WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

■ **Must-have:** 5+

years in product/UX/UI design with shipped consumer products; a strong

portfolio across app and web; design system experience; an AI-assisted workflow

you already use; e-commerce or transactional product experience; short notice

period, on-site in Delhi / NCR.

• *■** **Educational Qualification** **:** Bachelor’s degree in

Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) or Bachelor’s in Design (B.Des.), preferably from **NIFT**

■ .**Nice-to-have:** marketplace

or high-traffic platform experience, healthcare or dental exposure, front-end

or prototyping skills, motion or brand design, and mentoring experience.
