Role Description The Sr React Developer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, building and maintaining high-performance web applications using React and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing front-end features, optimizing UI components, and integrating with back-end services and APIs. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust, user-friendly interfaces. The Sr React Developer will review code, mentor junior developers, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure adherence to best practices for performance, accessibility, and security. The position also includes troubleshooting issues, improving existing codebases, and contributing to continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development, with expertise in React and modern UI component design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development sufficient to integrate APIs and collaborate on full-stack solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including understanding of design patterns, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Candidates should possess advanced JavaScript skills, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Candidates should possess experience with Redux.js or similar state management libraries for scalable front-end architectures.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI, or Bootstrap) is beneficial.
• Experience with build and tooling ecosystems (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment are expected.
