Ltd. is a technology and creative-services organization working across digital media, design, education and technology.SXILL – The Creative Industry School is its creative-education brand, focused on developing professional skills in areas including UI/UX design, animation, visual design, gaming and digital media.SXILL follows a practical, project-oriented approach to creative education, combining design fundamentals, industry practices, mentorship and portfolio development.

We are looking for an enthusiastic UI/UX Designer Intern who cancontribute both to design projects and student learning.The intern will work with the SXILL academic and design teams to create digital experiences while alsosupporting classroom activities, workshops, critiques and student projects.This is an opportunity to experience both sides of the creative profession

UI/UX Design: Design interfaces for websites, mobile apps and digital products; create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, information architecture, interaction flows, responsive systems and reusable components using Figma and relevant tools.

Research & Innovation: Conduct basic user research and usability analysis; explore global UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design and emerging technologies; prepare design presentations, case studies and contribute to design reviews/critiques.

Academic Support: Assist faculty in UI/UX classes and workshops; conduct practical demonstrations and guided design sessions; help develop practical assignments and learning resources.

Student Mentoring: Mentor students on projects and portfolios; provide constructive design feedback; participate in student critiques/reviews; and help students understand professional UI/UX workflows.

Creative & Research Engagement: Research current UI/UX practices, contribute to SXILL workshops and creative events, and document and showcase student projects while supporting creative and professional design development.
